About the role

We are currently seeking passionate Full time or Part-time Team Members to join our vibrant teams in Edmondson Park, Ashfield and Bankstown. In these roles, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and preparing delicious bubble tea beverages in a fast-paced cafe environment.

A position at Bonnyrigg exists for our sister company. Ashfield, Bankstown & Leichhardt roles open for fully trained staff.

Applicants must be willing to travel between locations as needed.

Your duties will include but not be limited to:

  • Preparing and serving a variety of bubble tea drinks, including classic, fruit and specialty flavours
  • Providing friendly and efficient customer service to ensure a positive dining experience
  • Maintaining a clean and organised work station, adhering to strict food safety and hygiene standards
  • Assisting with general cafe duties such as stocking, inventory management and cash handling
  • Contributing to a positive team culture and supporting your colleagues as needed

About You

Along with ahigh energy, enthusiastic, and customer-obsessed approach to the role, you'll have:

  • Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role, preferably in a cafe or bubble tea setting
  • Australian working rights
  • Strong barista skills and the ability to prepare high-quality bubble tea beverages
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanour
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
  • Enthusiasm for the hospitality industry and a passion for providing exceptional customer service
  • Availability to work at least 3+ days with flexible part-time hours, including weekends and public holidays
