About us

Invercauld House is a medium-sized hospitality venue located a five-minute drive from the Lismore CBD and set in over 2 hectares of beautiful gardens. With 29 accommodation suites and multiple conference rooms and event spaces, we pride ourselves on offering exceptional food, service and amenities.

About the role
  • Work independently to maintain 2 hectares of gardens and lawns plus a guest swimming pool.
  • Maintain the conference venue, 29 accommodation units and offices, scheduling a maintenance program.
  • Reporting hazards and taking corrective actions, prioritising tasks as needed.
  • Support housekeeping and events teams during busy times.

  • You have a relevant trade qualification or are exceptionally handy.
  • You are physically fit and enjoy working outdoors.
  • You are reliable and punctual with professional appearance and behaviours.
  • Hold an unrestricted NSW Driver's Licence.
Pay rate

We can negotiate a salary based on skills and experience. As a guide, a salary range between $28.00-$32.00 per hour is available, or up to $35.00 per hour for a tradesperson with substantial relevant experience.

Total remuneration package between $62,500 to $78,500, including 12% superannuation.

Hours of Work

This is a permanent, full-time opportunity with paid leave entitlements.

Work is predominantly Monday to Friday. As a hospitality venue, this is a 100% on-site role. Part-time would be considered for the right candidate or as a job-share arrangement.
