Industry leader offering after hours support to Hospitality clients where we strive to give exceptional customer service on every call.

We are looking to expand our team offering multiple long term positions with plenty of opportunity to grow.

Inbound only with no selling or cold calling

Requirements:

  • Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Willingness to learn
  • Fantastic work ethic, flexibility and reliability
  • Ability to work alone AND as part of a team
  • Intermediate computer skills with very good keyboard skills, spelling and punctuation

- Shifts will be across the following spread of hours:

Evenings - finishing before midnight

Weekends - Afternoon/Evenings

Responsibilities

  • Receive inbound calls with a focus on resolving callers' needs

  • Accurately retrieve and record information while liaising between callers and clients
