Role Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated Residential Scaffolding Supervisor to oversee scaffolding operations on residential sites. The ideal candidate will be hands-on, safety-focused, and capable of leading teams to ensure projects are completed on time and to the highest standard.
Key Responsibilities
· Supervise and coordinate scaffolding crews on residential projects.
· Ensure scaffolds are erected, altered, and dismantled safely and in compliance with industry regulations and company procedures.
· Carry out site inspections and risk assessments.
· Liaise with site managers, builders, and clients to ensure smooth operations.
· Maintain a strong focus on workplace health & safety at all times.
· Manage site logistics, materials, and labour to meet project schedules.
Skills & Experience
· Minimum 3 years of experience in residential scaffolding.
· Valid basic scaffolding ticket.
· Strong leadership and communication skills.
· Sound knowledge of WHS regulations and safe work practices.
· White Card (Construction Induction).
· Driver's licence (MR/HR licence desirable).
