We approach our work in a warmer, more optimistic, and inclusive wayJLL is a global leader in helping clients envision where people will live, work, play, shop, and eat.What this opportunity involvesThe Handy will (assist the team to) manage the day-to-day client activities for the assigned property/facility and be the on-site key point of contact for key stakeholders and/or client. Support the service delivery functions of Government Client tenants and Facilities Managers. Coordination of facilities management as delegated by the Facilities Manager.Ensure that difficulties on site are resolved promptly with minimum disruption to business as usual activities and to the agreed program.Key point of contact for Facilities within the client's portfolio. Implement building procedures and performance measures and ensure they are maintained at all times. 24/7 emergency call support and site attendance is required. Sound like you?
