As a
Regional Crewing Supervisor
within Crewing for QantasLink Regional Operations Centre (ROC). You will provide supervisory support to the Regional Crewing Officers. In this pivotal role, you'll oversee the Regional Operations team and play a key role in managing disruption recovery, stakeholder coordination, and strategic planning across the QantasLink network.

You Will

  • Provide strategic leadership and direction to Regional Crewing Controllers across the QantasLink network, ensuring effective coordination and optimal use of Group assets during disruptions
  • Act as the primary liaison between QantasLink Airline Operating Certificates (AOCs), leading Group-level recovery efforts and engaging with key stakeholders of the various AOCs at all levels
  • Possess the ability to interpret and apply FRMS and EBA requirements as required
  • Deliver timely, costed recovery recommendations to the Manager ROC Operations, and serve as the escalation point for operational disruptions
  • Collaborate on event planning and disruption recovery strategies, contributing to operational reviews, debriefs, and major disruption response teams such as GMDT and GCAT
  • Drive continuous improvement by ensuring procedural updates are implemented and communicated, while upholding corporate service standards and compliance with Group policies
  • Demonstrate a strategic mindset with the ability to navigate ambiguity, influence diverse stakeholders, and maintain a strong focus on operational excellence
  • Hold tertiary qualifications in Aviation, Business, or Commerce (preferred), with a proven track record in results-driven leadership within operational environments
