Employment Type: Casual

Shifts Available: Monday to Friday, 9:30am – 2:30pm

Pay Rate: $32.31/hr (inclusive of casual penalty rates)

About Us:

Neurokin Natural Cleaning is a premium, eco-friendly residential cleaning service based in Katoomba and Springwood. We proudly specialise in neuro-inclusive, all-natural cleaning services throughout the beautiful Blue Mountains, from Glenbrook to Blackheath.

About the Role:

We are seeking a reliable, conscientious, and dedicated individual to join our team. In this role, you'll be responsible for cleaning for the same regular clients on a weekly, fortnightly, or monthly schedule. You'll generally work as part of a two-person team, with shifts rostered across both our Katoomba and Springwood bases. However, on occasion, you may be asked to work independently at a limited number of properties, such as when covering unexpected staff absences. Please note that work is not limited to one site - applicants must be prepared to travel to Katoomba & Springwood for shifts.

Your reliability is critical. Our clients count on us—and in turn, we count on our team members to honour their rostered shifts, show up on time, and treat every home and every client's time with respect. Reliability is not just a preference—it's a core requirement of this role.

What We're Looking For:

We want someone who is:

  • Reliable, punctual, and committed to their scheduled shifts
  • Motivated and able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Professional and personable with strong attention to detail
  • Hard-working and open to learning new processes
  • Available between 9:30am and 2:30pm on at least 3-4 weekdays

Experience is a bonus—but not essential. Full training and all equipment will be provided.

Requirements:

  • NSW Driver's Licence and your own reliable vehicle (you must be able to transport cleaning gear – travel allowances apply)
  • Legal working rights in Australia
  • Working With Children Check (or willingness to obtain)
  • National Police Check (or willingness to obtain)

Job Type: Casual

Pay: $32.31 per hour
