About the Role

Guest Services Attendant (Housekeeping) | Springwood Hotel | Daytime shifts

We're searching for a our very own 'Rosie the Robot' - you know, from The Jetsons - a Housekeeper known for their work ethic and efficiency.

We're on the hunt for a cheerful, reliable, and detail-loving Guest Services / Housekeeper to join our energetic team atNightcap, based at the Springwood Hotel.

If you have great attention to detail, take pride in creating a clean, welcoming space, are available 3 - 5 days a week 10am - 3pm Then We'd love to hear from you

A day in the life of a Guest Services Attendant:

  • Making every room feel like home away from home
  • Follow daily, weekly and monthly cleaning schedules
  • Help the Publican know what needs repair and maintenance throughout accommodation
  • Make our guests stay special by working with the Front Office team to deliver special requests

About you:

  • You've got the attention for detail keeping rooms crisp and making them shine
  • You're reliable, punctual and adaptable
  • Available 3 - 5 days, 10am - 3pm
  • You take pride in your work and it shows
