Roles Available

Financial Adviser | Graduate Financial Adviser (Relevant Degree required)

  • Meeting with existing clients and onboarding new clients through organic growth
  • Maintain and build relationships with our team and valued referral partners

Paraplanner (Completing Relevant Degree preferred)

  • Work with the Financial Advisers and the team to develop quality advice strategies, financial modelling and advice documents based on the needs and requirements of our clients
  • Research products, strategies and technical issues to ensure knowledge is current
  • Develop in depth understanding of risk and compliance in relation to investments, insurance and superannuation.
  • Attend client meetings and follow up Financial Advisers post meetings to ensure action items are noted and followed through
  • Assist in managing trades for all clients

Client Services Officer

  • Client relationships are maintained via high levels of service and appropriate and timely communication
  • Team workflow is adequately managed with appointments/meetings/priorities
  • Action items from client meetings are undertaken in a timely and complete manner
  • Relevant client related processes are performed accurately and timely
  • Manage communications and coordinate Financial Advisers' time to resolve conflicts and exercise judgement on priorities
  • Follow up Financial Advisers and Paraplanners post meetings to ensure action items are noted and followed through

  • Attention to detail is imperative
  • Provide exceptional client service EVERY time
  • Time is adequately managed
  • Action items from client meetings are undertaken in a timely and complete manner
  • Relevant client related processes are performed accurately and timely
  • Contribute to the team
  • Australian resident or resident Visa holder

The positions are permanent full time and salary will be commensurate with the applicable role and experience. Part time positions will be considered.
