Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate all warehouse activities, including receiving, shipping, handling, and storage of goods.
  • Lead and support warehouse staff, including labour hire, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
  • Manage inventory control, conduct stocktakes and investigate discrepancies.
  • Train and develop team members to foster a strong, customer-focused culture.
  • Maintain warehouse layout efficiency and manage equipment maintenance.
  • Communicate effectively with customers, suppliers, and internal teams.
  • Ensure adherence to workplace health and safety policies, promoting a safe working environment.

About You - The Ideal Candidate:

  • Experience in warehouse or inventory operations with proven supervisory skills.
  • Strong focus on safety and team leadership.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with warehouse management systems (e.g., eCos, Pronto) is a plus.
  • A can-do attitude and ability to work well within a team.
  • Capability to perform physical tasks and operate warehouse equipment (forklift license preferred).
  • Minimum Year 10 education; Certificate IV in Warehousing highly desirable.
