Key Responsibilities:
Be the first point of contact by answering and directing incoming calls promptly and professionally
Maintain shared inboxes, ensuring messages are actioned and distributed accurately
Assist with admin overflow which may include data entry, document preparation, and general support tasks
Assist when needed with scheduling appointments and managing call follow-ups to support the Aged Care assessment team
About You:
You're a motivated, solutions-focused team player who thrives in adapting environments. You're organised, and driven by purpose.
What You'll Bring:
- 1+ year experience in administration or reception, with a strong focus on phone-based support
- Confident, clear communicator with excellent phone manner
- Proven ability to manage multiple and competing priorities
- Energetic, organised, and adaptable with a can-do attitude
- Excellent attention to detail and follow-through
