Melbourne, Victoria, Australia DuluxGroup Full time
Overview

Lincoln Sentry, part of DuluxGroup, has been distributing high-quality brands and products to the building industry for almost 40 years. With 25 locations across Australia, we focus on safety and supporting you as you grow with us.

Join us as a Master Data Specialist and help us take something great and make it better.

Your Opportunity

We're looking for a Master Data Specialist to take ownership of Supply Chain master data within our ERP system (SAP). This is a pivotal role that ensures accuracy, structure, and governance across our data landscape. You'll play a key part in enabling operational efficiency across Planning, Supply Chain, Sales, Operations, and Finance—making a real impact on how our business runs every day.

What you'll achieve here
  • Create, maintain, and validate SAP master data records for materials, vendors, and customers across all branches and distribution centers.
  • Advise on and ensure accurate configuration of supply chain-related data (MRP settings, product lifecycle, stock levels).
  • Build frameworks for master data governance and lifecycle management.
  • Delegate uploads to other units while designing and overseeing the process.
  • Work closely with purchasing, branch managers, finance, and supply chain teams to optimize distribution and inventory.
  • Ensure SAP changes do not disrupt financial reporting (P&L, balance sheet).
What you'll bring
  • Strong working knowledge of SAP, especially front-end supply chain modules; experience with master data is essential.
  • 5–7 years of relevant experience preferred; autonomy and proactive relationship-building skills are critical.
  • Ability to extract and analyze data from SAP or business warehouse tools; data analytics skills are a plus.
  • Experience in trade, retail, or manufacturing environments is desirable but not mandatory.
  • No degree required—practical experience and a hands-on mindset matter most.

But what's most important is that you're committed to doing good work, well. You'll work shoulder-to-shoulder with trustworthy people, so it's important that you're willing to work in a team environment. We're also on a constant journey of growth, so you'll need to have an open mind and be flexible to change.

Why choose us

You know when you get to do good, quality work with people you actually like? At Lincoln Sentry, you'll find no-nonsense people who get things done. We roll up our sleeves, share the load, then head home, safe and sound.

  • 20 weeks paid parental leave for primary carers
  • Total wellbeing support through our wellbeing app and our LifeWorks Employee Assistance Program
  • Monthly Employee Celebration Program and Quarterly XCEED Program to recognise and reward your hard work
  • Up to $1000 a year back on out-of-pocket medical expenses, through our "Gap Plan"
