We are seeking two Quality Control (QC) Officers to join our dedicated QC team. The QC Officers are responsible for ensuring product specification and compliance are achieved throughout Wespine's manufacturing processes.
This role is offered on a a full-time basis working 45 hours per week, Monday to Friday on a fortnightly rotating shift roster.
Requirements for the role:
- Attention to Detail
- Proficient Computer Skills in Microsoft Office programs
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Responsibilities include:
- Tune and maintain Optimisation and Quality systems to achieve the best possible outcomes for Wespine.
- General understanding of Quality Control sampling regimes for structural and non-structural performance control.
- Perform Strength monitoring measurements, testing and data recording in a timely fashion and with high degree of accuracy.
- Ability to interpret QC acceptance criteria on a batch-by-batch basis.
- Carry out quality checks at regular intervals to measure machine performance and identify causes of mis-manufacture.
- Perform regular machine alignments and calibrations.
- Shift work is a requirement of this role.
