Overview:


Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent customer service and support project teams with IT-related needs.
  • Assist in the development and maintenance of databases for project documentation.
  • Help gather information to produce project estimates and ensure compliance with IT policies.
  • Collaborate with the lead estimator and project teams to prepare updates and reports.
  • Review and analyze data related to IT operations and project compliance.
  • Advocate for high-quality execution of IT policies and procedures.
  • Identify and report any IT-related risks and issues.
Requirements:
  • Candidates must be willing to learn and take a proactive approach.
  • Strong communication skills in English and the ability to multitask.
  • Minimum internship duration of 3 to 6 months, with a preference for those willing to accept a job offer post-internship.
  • Availability for 5 days per week from the start date.
General Internship Policies:
  • All days off taken during the internship must be compensated for at the end of the internship.
  • Any day off requests must be submitted in writing at least 2 weeks in advance.
  • Interns must provide a minimum of 3 weeks' notice for internship terminations.
