About The Role
As Project Quality Manager, you'll lead the implementation of quality systems and compliance across all phases of major infrastructure projects in Perth. Reporting to the Regional Quality & Systems Manager, you'll drive continuous improvement, manage non-conformances, and foster a culture of quality and accountability. You'll work closely with project teams, clients, and stakeholders to ensure delivery meets BMD, client, and ISO 9001 standards.

Key responsibilities:

  • Lead, mentor, and empower project quality teams for successful outcomes
  • Develop and maintain project Quality Management Plans and audit schedules
  • Identify, document, and resolve non-conformances with corrective actions
  • Drive continuous improvement and risk mitigation initiatives
  • Engage with clients, suppliers, and stakeholders to optimise project performance
  • Prepare clear, accurate reports for clients and senior management
  • Ensure compliance with contractual, regulatory, and ISO standards

About You
Based in our Perth office, you'll bring a collaborative mindset, technical expertise, and a passion for quality. You'll have a strong background in quality management within the construction industry, with the ability to lead teams and manage multiple objectives in a dynamic environment.

What you'll bring:

  • Bachelor's degree in civil, mechanical engineering, or related discipline
  • 5+ years' experience in quality management within construction
  • Quality Lead Auditor (ISO 9001; ISO 14001/45001 desirable)
  • Strong understanding of ISO 9001 and compliance requirements in WA
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organisational skills
  • Proven ability to drive continuous improvement and manage risk
