Allocation & Replenishment Analyst - Hype DC

About the Role:

Your key responsibilities will include:Inventory Management:
  • Monitor and manage inventory levels across all stores to ensure optimal stock availability.
  • Analyze sales data to forecast demand and adjust stock allocations accordingly.
  • Execute weekly replenishment orders from DC to stores, ensuring timely delivery and stock rotation.
Data Analysis & Reporting:
  • Utilize advanced Excel skills to analyze sales trends, inventory turnover, and stock discrepancies.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on stock levels, sales performance, and inventory forecasts to merchandise team.
Collaboration & Communication:
  • Work closely with the Buying and Planning teams to align inventory strategies with sales targets and promotional activities.
  • Coordinate with Store Operations to address stock issues and ensure smooth store operations.
  • Liaise with brand partners to manage the flow on inventory into stores.
System Management:
  • Maintain and update inventory management systems to reflect accurate stock levels and product information.
  • Implement system-generated replenishment orders and adjust parameters as needed to optimize stock distribution.
To succeed in this role, you will need to have the following:
  • Bachelor's degree in Fashion Merchandising, Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is advantageous
  • Minimum of 1 years' experience in retail allocation, replenishment, or inventory management, or retail store experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced functions, pivot tables, VLOOKUP).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Proactive and results-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Adaptability and willingness to learn in a fast-paced retail environment.
