About the role

Glassons is seeking passionate Assistant Store Managers to join our Brisbane teams. As an Assistant Store Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales, delivering exceptional customer service, and leading a dynamic retail team. We have full-time, in-store roles based in our Carindale and Indooroopilly stores. Reporting directly to the Store Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations and success of the store.

What you'll be doing

  • Assist the Store Manager in overseeing all store operations, including sales, stock management, and visual merchandising
  • Lead and motivate the retail team, providing coaching, training, and performance feedback
  • Deliver outstanding customer service and ensure a positive shopping experience
  • Analyse sales data and implement strategies to meet and exceed sales targets
  • Ensure the store is well-presented and adheres to Glassons' brand standards
  • Provide support in the implementation of marketing and promotional campaigns
  • Contribute to the overall growth and success of the Glassons brand

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a retail management or assistant management role
  • Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
  • Excellent customer service orientation and a passion for the fashion industry
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays as required
