The Accounts Administrator will play a key role in maintaining accurate financial records, supporting day-to-day accounting functions, and ensuring smooth financial operations across the business. This position requires strong organisational skills, accuracy, and the ability to balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced retail environment.
About you
You're an admin gun, having worked with high volume data before, and you get kick out of spreadsheets. You enjoy working with a fast pace but you're meticulous and always deliver high quality work. And you love exploring the world of beverage - you're the go-to for all your mates on what to try next.
Key Responsibilities- Process and reconcile accounts payable and receivable, including supplier invoices and customer payments.
- Manage daily bank reconciliations and cash flow monitoring.
- Maintain accurate financial records in the accounting system
- Support month-end processes, including journal entries and reporting.
- Liaise with suppliers, store managers, and staff regarding financial queries.
- Assist with inventory reconciliation in coordination with the operations team.
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial files, records, and documentation.
- Provide administrative support to the finance and operations teams as required.
- Proven experience in bookkeeping, accounts administration, or a similar role.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
- Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
- Good organisational and time management skills, with the ability to meet deadlines.
- Clear and professional communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience in retail or hospitality environments (advantageous but not essential).
