About the Role

You will oversee all aspects of the HR lifecycle - from talent acquisition, employee relations, and payroll through to performance management, learning & development, and compensation & benefits.

You will also lead the Australian HR agenda, aligning with business priorities, and partner closely with local leadership to establish a high-performing, people-centric culture.

*About You* We're looking for a hands-on HR leader who is both strategic and operational, with a strong passion for people success. You will bring:

  • Proven HR generalist/manager experience, ideally within multinational or matrix environments.
  • Strong knowledge of Australian employment legislation and HR best practices.
  • Experience across the full HR lifecycle-  from recruitment to performance management.
  • Familiarity with HR systems (Workday experience highly desirable).
  • Strong communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills.
  • A proactive mindset with the ability to balance strategic priorities and day-to-day operations.
