The Firm:
We are currently recruiting for a Conveyancer to join a law firm-based NOR. This is a full-time position, working 7.30am – 4.00pm.

The Role:
Reporting to the Property team, the Conveyancer's responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:

  • Managing your own portfolio of conveyancing files from start to finish.
  • Liaising daily with clients, banks, agents, and other stakeholders in a timely and professional manner.
  • Handling full electronic conveyancing and settlements using PEXA.
  • Managing file opening, closing, and archiving (both physical and electronic).
  • Ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and procedures.

The Candidate:
 To be successful in the role, you must demonstrate the following:

  • Previous experience in Property Law
  • Ability to manage your own conveyancing files
  • Previous experience using PEXA
