Are you a local community member who wants to make a difference?

The Red Lily Health Board Aboriginal Corporation is looking for Service Support Officers in Jabiru, Minjilang, Warruwi and Gunbalanya to join our Primary Health Care teams.

Why this role matters

This is a local role designed to support your own community. As a Service Support Officer, you'll play an important part in keeping the health centre running smoothly and supporting both staff and patients. Your daily work might include:

  • Welcoming clients and helping with admin tasks
  • Supporting patient travel and specialist appointments
  • Cleaning and maintaining clinic buildings and grounds
  • Driving staff, patients and supplies safely
  • Assisting with day-to-day community health service activities
  • Every task helps ensure our services are culturally safe, effective, and beneficial for the community.

About You

We're looking for local residents who are:

  1. Friendly, respectful and able to communicate well
  2. Willing to take on a variety of tasks – from admin to cleaning, gardening, or driving
  3. Able to work as part of a team and follow safety procedures
  4. Hold a current NT Driver's Licence
  5. Have, or are able to obtain a Working with Children's Card (Ochre card)
  6. Basic computer skills are helpful, but we can provide training.
