Help families heal. Empower recovery. Make a lasting impact.

Are you a trauma-informed counsellor or therapeutic practitioner ready to walk alongside families as they recover from the impacts of family violence?

Join our Pathways to Resilience Southern program—a partnership between Each, Uniting, and the Australian Childhood Foundation—providing specialised therapeutic support to children, young people, and families. Through individual counselling, group work, and family-focused interventions, we foster healing, connection, and resilience.

As a Family Violence Therapeutic Specialist, you will:

  • Provide trauma-informed counselling to individuals, children, young people, and their caregivers
  • Conduct trauma assessments and co-create treatment plans with clients
  • Use the MARAM framework to assess and respond to risk and safety
