**What You’ll Be Doing**:

- **Empowering** our clients to live their best lives (maybe even with some fun adventures along the way)
- **Team Leadership**: Lead and mentor a team of Disability Support Workers to deliver high-quality, person-centred care.
- **Hands-On Client Support**: Provide direct support to clients as needed, including assisting with personal care, community engagement, and day-to-day activities, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and compassion.
- **Client Support Coordination**: Collaborate with clients and their families to create, implement, and review individualised support plans that reflect their goals.
- **Operational Oversight**: Manage scheduling, rostering, and daily operations to ensure smooth service delivery.
- **Community Building**: Build strong relationships with stakeholders, clients, and families to enhance community involvement and engagement.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: From $37.35 per hour
