Marketing Co-Ordinator

IMBIBE is looking for a creative and strategic Marketing Co-Ordinator to elevate our social media presence and support our brand and creative teams. This role is ideal for someone who understands social platforms inside and out, thrives on content trends, and knows how to build an engaged audience. If you have a passion for storytelling, content creation, and brand growth, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

Own Our Social Channels – Manage daily operations across Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, and more. Ensure brand consistency, compelling messaging, and meaningful engagement.

Content Creation & Strategy – Work alongside the Marketing Manager to develop, write, and produce high-impact content, from posts and stories to reels and videos tailored for each platform.

Content Calendar & Planning – Strategically plan, schedule, and publish content in alignment with marketing campaigns and brand objectives. Assist with the production of brand campaigns.

Engagement & Community Management – Actively respond to comments, messages, and audience interactions to foster a strong, engaged community.

Trend Spotting & Innovation – Stay ahead of social media trends, emerging platform features, and best practices to keep IMBIBE at the forefront of digital marketing.

Affiliate, Influencer, UGC & PR Outreach – Support the brand team in identifying and building relationships with influencers, affiliates, and media partners to expand our reach and leverage user-generated content across key categories.

Brand Events & Activations – Assist in planning and executing high-impact brand moments, with occasional interstate travel for events.

Performance Tracking & Insights – Monitor analytics, report on key metrics, and refine strategies based on performance data.
