who thrives in sales and client relationships to join our team.

The Role

As a
Digital Marketing Consultant
at Pixelz360, you will be responsible for driving new business growth while building long-term client relationships. This role is perfect for someone who understands digital marketing, has a proven sales background in an agency environment, and is eager to exceed targets while supporting clients in their digital journey.

With a 
competitive base salary plus commissions
, you'll have the opportunity to earn around 
$100 per year in commissions when KPIs are met
.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development:

  • Prospect, pitch, and close new clients for digital marketing and website solutions.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly KPIs.

Account Management:

  • Act as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring strategies align with their goals.
  • Upsell and cross-sell Pixelz360 services to maximise client growth.

Strategy & Consultation:

  • Provide consultative digital marketing advice tailored to each client's needs.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver campaigns that drive measurable ROI.

Teamwork & Collaboration:

  • Work closely with marketing and creative teams to deliver end-to-end solutions.
  • Share insights and contribute to overall team success.

Growth Mindset:

  • Continuously learn about new digital trends and sales techniques.
  • Take initiative in identifying opportunities for both clients and the business.

Compulsory Requirements


Past digital agency sales experience
(must have worked in a sales-focused role within a marketing agency).

Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets consistently.

Strong understanding of digital marketing services (SEO, PPC, social media, websites, etc.).
