About Crosslinks:

Crosslinks has been supporting people with disabilities for over 25 years and are the family our participants choose.  We support participants by being stronger together, actively listening, making it fun, doing what's right, not what's easy and making today count.

  • A positive hands-on approach
  • Be patient, caring, and people focused
  • Tertiary or Diploma level qualification in a relevant health or welfare discipline (or working toward).

Essential Requirements

  • Disability sector leadership experience.
  • NDIS Worker Check, WWC, National Police Clearance (less than 6 months old), and NDIS Worker Module.
  • Valid First Aid with CPR certificate.
  • Valid and current drivers license.
