About the available positions: Senior Property Manager:

  • 160 Properties
  • Nurture relationships - rental providers and tenants
  • Managing day to day administration
  • Prep and manage VCAT hearings when required
  • No Weekends
  • Inspection Manager to support with out of office
  • 2-3 + Years experience

Assistant Property Manager:

  • Rare opportunity to work side by side a Property Manager and learn everything you need to know
  • Learn software and procedures on the job
  • Liaise with rental providers and tenants
  • Attend training at corporate and at office level
  • Work with the Inspections team to assist with routines and condition reports and occasional week day leasing
  • No Weekends
  • Ideal for someone in a similar role or who is in leasing or Inspection management role

Leasing/Inspection Manager:

  • Work with the property management department
  • Out of office duties: Routine Inspections, Outgoing Condition Reports, Leasing
  • In Office duties:Manage Keys and preparation for Inspections, Meeting with property managers with concerns and feedback on properties, putting together reports, arranging maintenance or working with property managers arranging maintenance.
  • Important role within the property management team and a excellent way to kick start your career in real estate

About You:

  • Current Victorian Agents Representative Certificate
  • Excellent communication and relationship management skills
  • Reliable and a strong work ethic
  • Drivers license and reliable car
