Lux Brows and Lashes Melbourne's go-to for brows and lashes is seeking a talented Brow & Lash Artist to join us in a casual role, covering staff leave with the potential to build your own client base.

What We're Looking For:

  • Qualified brow artist or beauty therapist with proven brow & lash treatment experience
  • Cosmetic tattooing skills (brow tattooing, SMP, eyeliner, lip tattooing) are a bonus, not essential we're happy to train the right person in eyebrow tattooing
  • Casual/flexible availability: Perfect for those wanting work-life balance or returning to the industry
  • Multitasker: Organised, efficient, and able to keep the studio running smoothly
  • Personable & chatty: You love connecting with clients and building relationships
  • Sales savvy: Confident upselling services and products
  • Tech friendly: Experience with the Timely booking system is an advantage
  • Social media flair: Comfortable creating content to showcase your work

What You'll Do:

  • Deliver exceptional brow and lash services
  • Cover team members' shifts with the opportunity to expand your own clientele
  • Engage warmly with clients, upsell services/products, and keep the studio buzzing
  • Use Timely booking system for seamless scheduling
  • Create engaging social media content as part of your role

Pay: $25.00 – $45.00 per hour
