  • Extensive experience as Executive Chef or Head Chef and be able to maintain standards at a hatted level
  • Expertise in modern Australia cuisine, with a focus on produce, technique and seasonality
  • Ability to coach your team to ensure the delivery of best value quality services, effective forward planning, meeting of objectives, management of priorities and the appropriate delegation of responsibilities
  • Drive a culture of open communication at all levels to create an environment where employees are engaged in business objectives and activities
  • Strong creative vision, matched with a disciplined, detail-oriented approach
  • Solid financial and operational acumen, with experience in labour and cost management
  • Pre-opening experience highly desirable
