About the Role

FourPL works closely with leading Australian organisations to deliver practical and sustainable supply chain and warehouse transformation outcomes. This role contributes to SAP EWM configuration, testing, documentation, and deployment activities, working closely with warehouse users and project teams to ensure the solution is robust, scalable, and operationally fit. This position is available in any location across Australia.

Responsibilities

The role will include the ability to support Management and Senior staff in a range of engagements through the consulting lifecycle, including:

  • Diagnose and resolve SAP EWM operational incidents and process issues.
  • Apply configuration fixes and corrective actions as needed.
  • Guide warehouse users through the proper execution and handling of exceptions.
  • Maintain logs of issues, conduct root cause analysis, and provide stabilisation handover documentation.
  • Support volume ramp-up, shift coverage and operational continuity.

Pre-requisites

  • A minimum of 3 years proven IT consultancy experience
  • Experience in the supply-chain industry and understanding of best practices
  • Experience in facilitation
  • Strong SAP EWM configuration proficiency across core warehouse execution processes.
  • Hands-on SAP EWM support experience in live warehouse environments
  • Calm, clear communication style and ability to guide users under pressure
  • Structured approach to problem analysis and resolution

Qualifications

  • Relevant Tertiary Qualification or equivalent operational experience.
  • SAP Certification in EWM.

Special Considerations

  • Remote and On-site presence required during stabilisation and go-live period
  • Flexible Working Arrangements
