Short Description:

Senior SAP EWM Consultant with over 10 years of experience in SAP environments, specializing in Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) and inventory management. This role is primarily focused on BAU operations, support, and continuous improvement of existing SAP EWM solutions across warehouse and logistics functions.

Location: Brisbane (QLD), Australia

Salary: AUD 150,742 – 171,215 (Annual Gross)

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Provide expert-level support for SAP EWM systems in a live production environment.
• Manage and resolve incidents, service requests, and change requests related to warehouse and inventory processes.
• Monitor system performance and proactively identify areas for optimization.
• Collaborate with business users to understand operational challenges and provide SAP-based solutions.
• Maintain and enhance existing configurations for inbound/outbound logistics, internal warehouse movements, and inventory counting.
• Support integration with SAP S4HANA and other modules (MM, SD, TM, PP).
• Participate in root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for recurring issues.
• Document support activities, configuration changes, and user guides.
• Train and guide end-users consultants on EWM functionalities and best practices.

Skill / Competencies / Experience:

ESSENTIAL

• Good knowledge of technology landscape to be able to guide team.
• Tertiary Qualification in IT / Computer Science / related discipline.

PREFERRED

• Total IT work experience of 15+ years
• 10+ years of SAP experience, with at least 5+ years in SAP EWM.
• Proven track record in support and BAU roles, including post-go-live stabilization and ongoing system maintenance.
• Strong understanding of warehouse operations, inventory management, and logistics processes.
• Hands-on experience with S/4HANA Embedded EWM is highly desirable.
• Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently or in cross-functional teams.
