As an Area Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring our campuses run smoothly, our teams are supported, and our students continue to thrive. You'll lead a group of campus managers and operational teams across multiple locations, ensuring Contour's high standards of delivery, culture, and customer experience are maintained at every campus.
This role is ideal for someone who is highly organised, people-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment. You'll be responsible for driving operational excellence, leading people, and ensuring each campus embodies Contour's values of passion, professionalism, and care.
Who We AreWe empower students and their studies by providing an ecosystem of highly effective tutoring, resources and support. We run weekly small-group tutoring sessions at our in-person campuses, presented by young and experienced tutors that teach in a simple, intuitive and engaging way.
We also supplement these sessions with weekly workshops, complimentary 1-on-1 support and a learning portal with a comprehensive suite of resources and practice material to help students master their subjects.

What You Will Do- Lead and manage Campus Managers across multiple locations.
- Drive people performance, engagement, and culture within your region.
- Oversee campus operations, ensuring consistency and excellence in delivery.
- Collaborate with the executive team to align strategy, reporting, and targets.
- Identify operational bottlenecks and implement improvements.
- Support campus launches, staffing, and training initiatives.
- Build strong relationships across teams to ensure seamless coordination and communication.
- Proven experience managing people and teams in an operational or educational environment.
- Experience overseeing multiple sites or regions.
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- A structured and process-driven approach to work.
