We are an Australian-owned and operated Steel Manufacturing business located in Tullamarine.

Colorspan specialises in the manufacture of metal roofing products and architectural cladding systems for the residential and commercial building sector.

We are looking for an experienced, multi-skilled Customer Service Administrator with Data Entry and Order Processing skills to join our dedicated and highly passionate Customer Service Team.

The Role

In this role you will need to be passionate about delivering a positive Customer Service experience. This includes;

  • Accurately enter and process customer orders into our database
  • Review and interpret order details and drawings with a focus on accuracy
  • Develop a strong understanding of our sheet metal product range
  • Work collaboratively to achieve team KPIs and customer satisfaction targets
  • Contribute ideas for improving processes and workflow efficiency
  • General administrative support as required
  • Build and maintain positive customer interactions with professionalism

Your Background

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office proficiency (Excel, Word, Outlook, Access)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • A proactive and positive attitude
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
  • Interest in learning about manufacturing and the building industry
  • Ability to read and interpret drawings is advantageous
