As a Warehouse Analyst, you will report to Operations Manager based at Tullamarine, Victoria. You will accomplish several activities within the warehouse that includes management of inventory, inventory accuracy, expired stock review, aged inventory review, and cycle counts.

You will do picking and packing of goods for dispatch to customers and ensures that procedures are in place and followed to comply with our quality requirements. As the goods supplied to customers are for Aircraft use and often classified as DG for transport, it is important to ensure and follow procedures to comply with regulations for the packaging of goods, labelling of boxes and the preparation of the consignment notes and dangerous goods declarations.

**Responsibilities**
- Picking-Preparing Shipments - Picking & Preparing stock for shipment (55%)
- Inventory Control - Re-stocking shelves, Cycle counts. (10%)
- Cleaning / 5S - Cleaning all equipment used to process products and keep area neat. (5%)
- Documenting - Ensuring traceability and track measurements by recording information on work orders / Certificate of Conformances. (10%)
- Receiving Function - Receiving deliveries (15%)
- Other tasks as assigned (5%

**Qualifications**
- Knowledge and adherence to PPG policies concerning EHS.
- Must have IATA Certification for transport of Dangerous goods on aircraft.
- Confidence in the use of computers, ERP systems, and scanners
- Must have a forklift licence, stock picker licences an advantage but not essential.
- Accuracy in label information especially product names, batch numbers and specifications
- Package goods for dispatch following relevant regulations.
- Maintain high housekeeping standards and ensure warehouse is cleaned and maintained.
- Ensure posting of outbound deliveries using pre-designated software.
- Process customers’ orders by ensuring that the right shipment is on its way.
- Report and replace any defective item before packing while ensuring that items are packed and labelled.
- Make sure that items are loaded onto shipment vehicle.
- Operate forklift to transport shipments from the storage area to the pallet.
- Handle space arrangements for incoming shipments in the storage areas
