About the Role

We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic Marketing Executive to join our dynamic team. Reporting to the Senior Marketing Manager, this hands-on role will see you bringing our brand to life through compelling campaigns, creative content, and engaging communications across multiple channels.

You'll be part of a fast-paced, collaborative environment working across departments and with external agencies to deliver impactful campaigns, grow brand awareness, and support customer acquisition. This is an exciting opportunity for a creative, organised, and proactive marketer who thrives in a design-focused brand.

What You'll Do

  • Retail Marketing: Coordinate end-to-end campaign execution, from briefing designers and managing collateral to communicating promotions and supporting showroom events.
  • Social Media & Community Management: Manage the content calendar across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and YouTube. Create on-brand content and engage with our growing online community.
  • Email & SMS Marketing: Plan, create, and optimise targeted campaigns that align with our marketing objectives and deliver measurable results.
  • Creative Briefing & Coordination: Liaise with internal and external creative partners to deliver assets that reflect our brand and captivate our audience.
  • Reporting & Insights: Support campaign analysis, performance tracking, and reporting to drive continuous improvement.
  • Copywriting: Craft engaging, on-brand copy for social media, digital assets, product descriptions, and marketing materials.

Who You Are

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in a marketing role within retail, design, or a related field.
  • A creative thinker with strong copywriting skills and a meticulous eye for detail.
  • Confident managing social media, email, and digital marketing platforms.
  • Organised and adaptable with the ability to juggle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Passionate about interiors, design, and creating engaging brand stories.
  • Enthusiastic, positive, and proactive with a genuine love for collaboration.
