Accounts Receivable Officer – ANZ

An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced Accounts Receivable Officer to join a leading organisation in the dental and healthcare industry. This role offers the chance to be part of a supportive finance team while contributing to a business that helps improve people's lives every day.

The Role

Reporting to the Senior Finance Manager, you will be responsible for managing the accounts receivable function across ANZ. This includes maintaining accurate records, managing collections, preparing reports, and working closely with both customers and internal teams. The role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, organised, and enjoys building strong professional relationships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage accounts receivable records and ensure accuracy.
  • Monitor and collect outstanding accounts.
  • Prepare timely reports on receivables status.
  • Issue reminder letters and customer statements.
  • Respond to customer queries in a professional manner.
  • Partner with business managers and sales teams.
  • Support the finance team with related tasks as required.
What We're Looking For
  • 3+ years' experience in Accounts Receivable, ideally within a multinational environment.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP/Oracle preferred).
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • A proactive and flexible approach to responsibilities.
