Overview

Accounts Receivable Officer | Mount Kuring-Gai NSW at AGnVET. This role supports the Accounts Receivable team, branch staff and external customers.

Responsibilities
  • Responding to customer and internal accounts receivable queries
  • Maintenance of the debtor's ledger
  • Investigating and resolving overdue accounts or irregularities regarding customer accounts
  • Maintaining accounts receivable records to ensure aging is up to date
  • Communication of issues that may affect branch operations
  • Building relationships and working collaboratively with others
  • Ad hoc tasks as required
About You

Ideally you will have a Certificate in Accounting or equivalent accounts experience, preferably for a retail organisation with demonstrated experience in the Collection and Accounts Receivable functions. You will have a high attention to detail and a mindset for continuous improvement, in addition to demonstrated experience using Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel. Other skills and experiences include understanding of retail business transactions, excellent written and verbal communication skills, time management, problem solving and effective interpersonal skills.
