We are looking for an Area Lead who is a values-driven leader to make an impact across a thriving region, supporting our teams to deliver high-quality, person-centred therapy services under the social model of disability.
What You'll Do as an Area LeadAs the Area Lead, you'll:
- Guide your area to achieve operational targets in growth, retention, clinical outcomes and financial performance
- Lead and coach Team Leaders to drive performance, collaboration and continuous improvement
- Analyse data and performance dashboards to inform strategy and decision-making
- Identify business development opportunities and build referral partnerships across the region
- Champion a strong culture of engagement, development and clinical excellence

What you'll bringWe're looking for a collaborative and strategic leader who:
- Has experience leading teams in the allied health or disability sector
- Is confident using data to inform decision-making and drive outcomes
- Demonstrates strong stakeholder engagement and business development skills
- Holds AHPRA or SPA registration (if a practising clinician)
- Has a current NDIS Worker Screening Check and Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain)
