The company is a fast-growing builder renowned for delivering high-quality luxury homes. With a strong pipeline of upcoming projects, they are now seeking an experienced Site Foreman/Manager to join the supportive team.

About the role:

This new role has been created due to business expansion. As Site Foreman/Manager, reporting directly to the Executive Team, you will oversee all site activities to ensure they are delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards of quality and productivity. You will hold full accountability for site outcomes — including program, cost, quality, compliance, and client satisfaction — and play a pivotal role in the successful delivery of award-winning projects.This is a full-time (Mon - Friday and half day on Saturdays), on-site position,

Main duties include but not limited to below:

· Ensures the delivery of the project in line with the construction program.

· Produce construction program weekly to line manager.

· Check supplier and sub-contractor progress claims.

· Check Sub-contractor variations and cost changes.

· Manages construction team, sub-contractors and reports directly to line manager.

· Oversees OH&S compliance and all relevant safety standards to ensure safe work environment.

· Manage the OHS compliance across all sites and handle all Industrial Relations issues

· Develop and implement quality control procedures (Inspection Test Plan ITP system)

· Identify and resolve construction project issues on site.

· Inspection of Sub contractors works, materials etc to ensure compliance with Tender and Construction documents.

· Assist in preparation of quantity reviews for head office tender work

· Assist in all company projects if required

Requirements:

· years' experience as a Site Manager on high-end residential projects.

· Familiar with NCC, especially on Class 1 Buildings.

· Knowledge of the construction methodology and procedure.

· Liaise with clients, architects, engineers and other stakeholders to ensure the project runs smoothly

· Attention to details and good with quality control.

· Demonstrated understanding of safety, health and environment best practice.

· Solid leadership, communication and management skills to lead and develop an effective and productive team.
