With bright, open spaces and a welcoming atmosphere, the centre will provide the perfect environment for children to learn, explore, and thrive through play-based and child-led programs.

The Opportunity We're looking for an experienced and authentic Centre Director to lead a newly established service within a growing organisation that's passionate about people development and long-term career growth.

This is a rare opportunity to step into a foundation leadership role, shaping the culture, team, and educational direction of a brand-new centre from the very beginning. You'll work closely with a supportive and engaged leadership team who value collaboration, transparency, and operational excellence.

About You You're a confident, capable, and heart-led leader with a genuine passion for early childhood education. You bring a blend of strong operational skills and people-first leadership, and you thrive in environments where authenticity and continuous improvement are valued.

You bring:

  • Proven experience as a Centre Director or senior early childhood leader
