Let's Talk About You
Do you hold expertise in Telco intricacies and possess familiarity with the following?
- 3 + years' experience in implementation of small to large scale SD-WAN, MPLS & Layer 2 networks
- VOIP/SIP experience
- NBN Access Tech (NEBS & Enterprise Ethernet)
- Customer Premises Equipment
- Fiber Networks Expertise
- Data Center Cross-Connects Proficiency
If you possess practical know-how and hold certifications in Cisco/Fortinet, like Cisco CCNA or Fortinet NSE4/5, along with a track record of implementing Hosted Phone Systems, Cloud Connect, and Managed Routers - you might just be the perfect fit for this position.
How will you support our "Why?"
- Understand customer needs for smooth connectivity
- Collaborate with Sales on tailored designs
- Configure diverse network infrastructure (Cisco, Fortinet, VeloCloud, etc.)
- Assist installation for seamless services
- Deliver thorough handover documentation
- Conduct product research and liaise with relevant teams
- Stay updated on Aussie Broadband's offerings and network capabilities
