Join Wallara's Land Management Services Team
Location: Based in Keysborough, with work across multiple outdoor South-East Melbourne sites.
Work Pattern: Monday – Friday and hours are between 6:00am – 6:00pm
Wallara's Land Management Services team is looking for a hands-on Crew Leader/Member to join us full-time. If you have experience in gardens and grounds maintenance and want to make a real difference, this is your chance.
In this role, you'll work alongside and support people with disabilities, helping them build skills and confidence in horticulture while delivering high-quality land care services.
Key Highlights:
- Lead a dedicated crew of supported employees in tasks such as mowing, brush cutting, weeding, and litter collection
- Help supported employees achieve their goals in developing horticultural skills and experience within a commercial horticultural business
- Ensure a strong customer focus to meet all contract obligations
- Maintain accurate documentation and reports
- Ensure all work meets safety, quality, and compliance standards.
What you'll need to succeed
- Experience in grounds and gardens maintenance
- Turf experience and mechanical aptitude
- Ability to tow a trailer and operate horticultural equipment
- Experience working with people with different abilities (highly desirable)
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Commitment to person-centred support and inclusive practices
- Good administration skills and computer literacy in order to complete appropriate documentation
- Highly motivated and outcome driven to complete allotted tasks
- Ability to meet the goals and objectives of the team while working in an independent environment
- Professional approach and dedication to service delivery
- Commitment to the principles of Occupational Health & Safety and Environment, EEO, Cultural Diversity and all relevant legislation.

Must haves
- Right to work in Australia
- NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Working with Children Check
- Full Victorian Driver Licence
- Certificate in First Aid Level 2 + CPR
- Turf or grounds maintenance qualification and/or allied field (desirable)
- White Card preferred
- Chemcert or equivalent (desirable).
