About the Role

We're searching for a sharp, strategic, hands-on Growth Hacker to drive marketing performance, coordinate campaigns, and report results across our ecosystem (Ripehouse Advisory, Picki, and Propora).

You'll sit at the centre of our marketing flywheel — analysing data, managing campaigns, moderating our Facebook community, coordinating content production, and finding new ways to grow reach, engagement, and conversions.

This role suits someone who's equal parts analyst, operator, and creative problem-solver.

What You'll Do
  • Own all growth reporting: Track performance across ads, social, email, and community. Produce clear weekly dashboards that give leadership instant visibility.
  • Drive projects toward goals: Manage timelines and coordinate with designers, media buyers, and content creators to keep campaigns moving and improving.
  • Moderate our Facebook Group: Keep the "High Performance Property Investors" community active, engaged, and producing warm leads daily.
  • Coordinate content production: Plan, brief, and schedule video, image, and written content across Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok.
  • Find new growth opportunities: Identify and test emerging marketing channels, tools, and partnerships to increase brand reach and ROI.
  • Understand property investment: Translate market data and insights into powerful, easy-to-understand marketing stories.
  • Integrate and optimise: Ensure all social logins, posting tools, and automations are running smoothly across platforms.

You'll Succeed If You
  • Are obsessed with metrics, accuracy, and reporting clarity.
  • Thrive in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial team.
  • Love experimenting and iterating until something works.
  • Can manage multiple brands and projects without missing detail.
  • Understand property investment or have strong curiosity about it.
  • Know your way around analytics dashboards, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, or similar tools.

Your Background
  • 3–5 years in growth, marketing operations, or digital marketing.
  • Experience coordinating content and social media at scale.
  • Confident using automation tools (Zapier, n8n, or similar).
  • Data-literate: able to turn performance metrics into insights.
  • Prior exposure to property, finance, or SaaS is a strong advantage.
