Due to ongoing business growth, we are currently looking for a Storeperson to join our amazing team on a full-time permanent basis. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a strong work ethic and an upbeat attitude, willing to learn new skills and provide a high level of service. As our new Storeperson, you'll be on your feet and involved in all general day-to-day warehouse operations including (but not limited to):

  • Warehouse Operations:Receive, store, and dispatch goods efficiently and accurately. Ensure the warehouse is kept clean, organised, and safe
  • Driving and Deliveries: Load and unload delivery vehicles and ensure goods are delivered to customers and suppliers safely and efficiently
  • Forklift Operation:Safely operate forklifts to load, unload, and move stock
  • Customer Service:Provide friendly and professional customer service during deliveries and interactions in the warehouse
  • Safety and Compliance: Follow all safety protocols and procedures. Perform regular inspections of forklifts and vehicles to ensure compliance

This is a full-time permanent role based in Bibra Lake, Western Australia.

This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced environment, so your ability to use common sense and work well in a team must be second to none. To be successful in this role, you will:

  • Ideally have previously worked in a similar warehousing environment.
  • Have strong computer literacy skills.
  • Be excellent at managing your own time and a real 'self-starter'; you don't need someone watching over your shoulder to get things done.
  • Be more than happy to move around on your feet all day – this role can be physically demanding at times and requires someone fit with a "can-do" attitude
  • Work well in a team – we recognise that our staff are our greatest asset and maintaining a positive working environment is non-negotiable.
  • Hardworking and motivated to learn and grow within a company.
  • High attention to detail, you notice mistakes and errors quickly.
  • Driver's licence is essential, and a forklift licence is desirable
  • Have full Australian working rights as sponsorship will not be offered for this role.
