Drive Business Growth with Strategic Marketing Campaigns

We are seeking a talented Marketing Specialist to join our team and drive business growth across Australasia. As a key member of our marketing team, you will lead strategic campaigns and communications that deliver measurable results.

Your primary responsibility will be to develop and execute regional marketing and communication plans aligned with our company strategy and customer insights. You will manage content across internal and external channels, ensuring brand consistency and high standards.

You will also lead marketing campaigns and coordinate with agencies, designers, and media partners to deliver effective initiatives. Additionally, you will plan and manage events, trade shows, and industry participation to enhance brand visibility and engagement.

In this role, you will oversee marketing assets, including promotional materials, digital content, and internal communications platforms. You will also manage budgets and reporting, ensuring efficient use of resources and alignment with business KPIs.

To succeed in this position, you will need a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or Business. You should have experience in industrial marketing, PR, trade shows, and executive-level engagement. Skilled in creating and managing digital content, including websites, social media, and eDMs. Strong market research, analytical thinking, and cross-functional collaboration across time zones.

Job Knowledge/Education and Qualifications:

A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or Business is required. You should have experience in industrial marketing, PR, trade shows, and executive-level engagement. Skilled in creating and managing digital content, including websites, social media, and eDMs. Strong market research, analytical thinking, and cross-functional collaboration across time zones.
