Regional Business Development Manager

Location: Underwood, Brisbane QLD

Full-Time | $90K to $120K base + Bonuses | OTE $170K+

We work with commercial offices, government sites, healthcare, retail, and industrial facilities. Our strong brand, reputation, and systems support long-term client partnerships.

We are now looking for a
Regional Business Development Manager
to lead sales growth across Queensland. This role has clear potential to grow into a
National Sales Manager
position.

Your Role

As Regional BDM, you will identify and win new commercial cleaning contracts across Queensland and nearby regions. You will be responsible for:

  • Prospecting new clients in commercial and government sectors
  • Preparing and quoting cleaning tenders and proposals
  • Attending meetings and site visits to understand client needs
  • Supporting contract mobilisation and client onboarding
  • Building strong relationships to support repeat business
  • Representing the brand at events and in the community

You will work closely with the Managing Director and operations team. You will also have a business development assistant to help set meetings.

What You Bring

We are looking for a motivated sales professional with:

  • Proven experience in business development or B2B sales
  • A background in commercial cleaning or facilities management
  • Experience quoting government tenders
  • Confidence speaking with decision-makers
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • A results-driven mindset with resilience under pressure
  • Skills in LinkedIn, CRM platforms, and sales tools

Bringing an existing client base or warm leads will be a strong advantage.
