Randstad Sourceright is a global talent leader and we are looking for a
Senior Technology Project Manager
to join our Technology Enterprise team. You will provide technology leadership within our innovative squad-based structure across the APAC region, while being based in Melbourne.

This role is critical to the delivery of high-quality technology solutions, driving continuous improvement, and ensuring our operations are positioned for growth.

What You'll Be Doing:

You will be responsible for leading a dedicated squad and spearheading technology workstreams for critical projects. Your focus will be on delivering an outstanding, customer-focused service that drives improved organizational performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • SAP Fieldglass Leadership is a MUST:
    Act as a key stakeholder and subject matter expert for
    SAP Fieldglass
    and other leading technologies related to our business (VMS, CRM, ATS).
  • Project and Implementation Management:
    Manage and deliver a portfolio of projects, providing assurance and leading technology-related workstreams for projects. This includes running end-to-end projects by managing various stakeholders and project team contributors (c-suite level).
  • Solutions Analysis and Design:
    Identify and evaluate complex expertise-led solutions , translate customer demands into proposals for new products and services , and look for new solutions, products, and technology.
  • Client and Stakeholder Engagement:
    Join client-facing meetings and giving presentations. You will be directing external suppliers and giving internal advice about the selection of suppliers.

Essential Experience & Knowledge:

  • SAP Fieldglass Expertise:
    Hands-on experience with key technology providers like
    SAP Fieldglass
    is essential.
  • Preferred but not mandatory,
    5 years of experience
    in an MSP (Managed Services Provider) or RPO (Recruitment Process Outsourcing) business
  • Substantial experience leading and supporting client meetings , holding public and commercial presentations, webinars , and running end-to-end projects with C-suite level stakeholders.
  • Strong knowledge of leading technologies related to our business (VMS, CRM, ATS)
