This represents a rare opportunity with a well established firm based in the South Eastern Suburbs of Melbourne. This firm provides their outstanding client base with services in the areas of Taxation, Consulting, Financial Planning and Wealth Creation.

POSITION

Due to internal restructuring, the position of ASIC Corporate Secretary has been created.

Duties will include, but not limited to:

  • Liaising with Clients, the ATO, and ASIC
  • Schedule client appointments and respond to client enquiries
  • Preparing client correspondence, as well as to the ATO
  • Maintain and update software systems with client information
  • Preparing and lodging ASIC forms
  • Collation of financial statements and tax returns
  • Preparing letters associated with these
  • Coordinate the workflow and actively monitor compliance deadlines for clients ensuring lodgements and payments are made on time
  • Ensure client review meetings are scheduled and complete

CANDIDATE

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate the following:

  • 4+ years experience within Australian Public Practice specializing in ASIC corporate compliance
  • Proficiency with CAS360
  • Ability to manage circa 1000 entities
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to be a team player
