At Her Matters, we are not your average clinic. We are a women's health space built on real conversations, connection and care. From first periods to perimenopause (and all the twists in between), we are here for it.

Now we are looking for a First Impressions Extraordinaire, a receptionist who is as passionate about women's health as we are. Someone organised, friendly and ready to keep our clinic running smoothly behind the scenes, while making every client feel seen, cared for, and warmly welcomed from the very first hello.

What you will be up to:

  • Being the first smile our clients see in person, on the phone or over email
  • Managing bookings, cancellations and practitioner schedules so the day flows smoothly
  • Helping with payments, Medicare claims and daily account balancing
  • Using Halaxy to keep client records and communications neat and up to date
  • Supporting our team with referrals, letters and follow-ups
  • Tidying and stocking the clinic so it feels calm and welcoming
  • Pitching in with the little extras that keep us smiling — from keeping the coffee flowing, to fresh stationery, to lending a hand with events and in-services.
