Position overview

The Deputy Head of Residence will deliver programs at the Residence that help provide a world class residential experience to the students on campus. Working closely with partners across the University, the Deputy Head will help create a safe, respectful, supportive and inclusive living experience through co-ordination of the Residence as a community, with particular emphasis on academic, wellbeing and pastoral care, safety and student development. The Deputy Head may be requested to be on-call, as required.

The successful applicant will be able to work confidently in a complex environment, build a collective understanding of service development imperatives and engage with a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders.
